We are currently experiencing shipping delays due to COVID-19.

All international orders (i.e. outside of Canada) may experience delays in shipping times until further notice by our postal service (Canada Post).

Due to limited airline availability, many countries have been impacted. Mail within destination countries is moving slowly as international postal authorities have advised of service disruptions. Certain countries have suspended mail delivery all together so be sure to double-check before ordering.

When will my order ship?

Unless otherwise stated (e.g. preorders), orders normally ship within 1-3 business days.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

After we ship your order, the transit time is purely based on the post office's process as well as the type of shipping method chosen.
Please keep in mind that business days do not include weekends or statuary holidays.

Standard (Untracked) Shipping Estimates:

Canada: 1-14 business days
USA: 8-20 business days
International: 4-30 business days

Does my order include tracking?

Upon checkout, there will be an option to upgrade shipping to "tracked". If the upgrade is not purchased, then orders will be shipped as regular letter mail via Canada Post, which does not include tracking.
Please keep in mind that by choosing the standard shipping option (untracked), you acknowledge that we cannot be held responsible for lost orders.
