Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?

Unless otherwise stated (e.g. preorders), orders normally ship within 3-5 business days.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

After we ship your order, the transit time is based on the post office's process as well as the type of shipping method chosen.

Please keep in mind that business days do not include weekends or statuary holidays. 

Standard (Untracked) Shipping Estimates:

  • Canada: 1-14 business days
  • USA: 8-20 business days
  • International: 4-30 business days

Does my order include tracking?

Upon checkout, there will be an option to upgrade shipping to "tracked". If the upgrade is not purchased, then sticker orders will be shipped as regular letter mail via Canada Post, which does not include tracking.

Please keep in mind that by choosing the standard shipping option (untracked), you acknowledge that we cannot be held responsible for lost orders.

Can I cancel/modify my order?

If you wish to cancel/modify your order please notify us immediately at egguino@gmail.com

Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, no further changes can be made. 

Do you accept returns, refunds, or exchanges?

If we have not shipped your order, we can cancel and provide a full refund minus any potential payment processing fees.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If your order has already shipped, then due to the nature of our items, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted.
